The 2 Finsbury Avenue, 3XN’s first project in London, has been developed with British Land for a pedestrianised Broadgate site. It features a 35-story East Tower and a 20-storey West Tower, both for office use, linked by a 12-story podium with green spaces and communal areas designed to reflect Broadgate’s character.

Inform Design was contracted under FMDC Ltd. to provide support on building physics related issues to inform the façade design. Our aim is to provide a number of well performing solutions without compromising the Architectural intent.
